Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Protection Programme Director
to provide strategic leadership and manage the Social Protection
team.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the programme's annual work planning and budgeting
process
Oversee the development and execution of a coherent strategy for
public services related to workers' health and childcare
Engage with external stakeholders and facilitate collaborations to
advance access to social protection and public services
Required Qualifications and Education
At least five years of management and senior leadership experience
in an NGO, research institute, or trade union
A strong political economy lens informed by postgraduate level
coursework in a relevant discipline
At least seven years of experience in research and advocacy on care
services for marginalized groups
Strong understanding of the informal economy and experience working
with grassroots organizations
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and
fundraising
