A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Compliance
QA.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the US Transactions Monitoring Escalations Quality
Assurance Program
Manage a team of up to 8 Senior Quality Assurance Analysts
Implement new QA rubrics and frameworks while achieving service
level agreements and quality metrics
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of BSA/AML experience in a financial services
organization, fintech, or regulatory agency
A professional compliance qualification (ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent)
is required
Line management experience
Working knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations
Strong data analytics knowledge (Excel or Google Sheets)
