Job Description:
Top employer in Temecula Valley seeking to hire a Sales
Professional to join their dynamic Sales Team! This position will
promote the company brand in targeted sales verticals. The primary
functions of this position are to answer inbound calls from
existing clients and potential customers and make outbound calls on
sales/marketing campaigns. The representatives must clearly,
accurately, professionally and consistently answer questions, take
every opportunity to create revenue opportunities and up-sell, and
document each call.
The ideal candidate would have experience with a high call volume
and sales as well as being able to thrive under pressures of
meeting sales quotas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive inbound/make outbound calls for new and existing customers
selling
Desktop services via telephony to SMB's (small/medium sized
businesses)
Understand each customer's areas of need, profile the
decision-making process, and interview key decision-makers to
assess/uncover internal agendas and timelines.
Achieve sales production goals, via inbound phone, outbound calls
and web based leads.
Timely and accurate data entry CRM System (SalesForce.com) and
processing signed agreements with Desktop Client Services teams
Use consultative sales strategies to engage and on-board
customers
Maintain consistent knowledge of product updates, pricing schedules
and current sales promotions
Cutting edge industry knowledge in assigned vertical(s) is a
critical job function
Achieve monthly sales quotas
