We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatrician to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $230,000 annual base salary
• Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annual productivity bonus
• CME Allowance: $1,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)
• Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year
• CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use
• Licensing and DEA allocation
• Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
• Sick Days: 5 sick days per year
• Health and dental Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance coverage
