We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Caf-- Manager to oversee our caf-- operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and customers. The Caf-- Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.Duties

• Oversee daily caf-- operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the caf--.
• Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and uphold company standards.
• Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in menu items.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food management and timely service.
• Plan and coordinate special events or banquets as needed to enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.Requirements
• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
• Experience in training development to foster team growth and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with quick-service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
