Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with clients through proactive outreach and
support
Manage outbound tasks and handle inbound calls to assist customers
with financial planning options
Collaborate with planners and advisors to deliver tailored customer
experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
FINRA S 7 & 63 registrations required within corporate-established
timelines
FINRA fingerprinting required
Experience in performance roles or similar positions
Previous experience in inbound and outbound phone roles
